Good evening and don't worry!!! It's still DREADED LUPITA FRIDAY :lol: :lol: :lol: But first, healing vines to Miko, Jupe, and Doogle.

Conversation overheard in our condo last night:

One of these Fridays, LBG is going to throw you a curve ball and snuggle right up to Lupita!

But probably not in my lifetime!

Lupita arrives today. No Gracie hiss. Just the big-eyed stare. THEN the clock guy arrives to spend the day cleaning, oiling, repairing our 7 antique clocks. Suddenly....is it possible??? Lupita is an ally? The :twisted: Gracie knows???? The very bad clock guy was right by the recliner with the little hammock underneath where Gracie likes to hide when a scary person comes in. Before Mike left, Gracie wanted up in his unmentionables drawer and that's where she spent the day. Lupita went in, talked to her softly (for a change), petted her, and PICKED HER UP!!!! She was trying to snuggle her and Gracie very pointedly took one little brown stripey paw and gently put it on Lupita's chin and pushed Lupita's face away as hard as she could (no claws) as if she was saying you are talkin' to my PAW!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: Lupita put her back in the drawer and Gracie immediately began intently bathing every single piece of fur on her body as if she was FILTHY!

Sprinkled greens here and there but a lot of flat blue. I'll see if she clears that little blue bounce and then decide whether she needs a little more yum yum jooce or not. Hoping she comes down nice and slow to a beautiful green nadir in the 70s. Yeah baby.

Sorry I was on and off today. Clock guy .....well, he was a talker showing me all the intricacies of the clocks which I care not about. I just want them to tick and bong pretty. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Have a super evening. Got my PJs ready for Suzanne and Tigger.

Tillie does that to me, puts her paw on my chin to push me away and then bathes everything I've touched. :lol: :lol: At least no hissing. And lovely flat blue, gotta love that!

I can't wait till I get to say something like that - a BLUE bounce! Good for you, Gracie. And you very politely put Lupita in her place. Somehow I get the impression this hasn't always been the case, hmmmm?

Poor Tigger just dives under the bed when River (3 y/o Grandson) comes whooping down the hall. No grace, no eclat, just a belly dive off the bed. He hasn't developed your delicate sensibilities. ;-)

I hope you clocks are all talking pretty for you!
