You did a fantastic job keeping Cassie away from those darn sharks yesterday. It was really nice to have Sue around if you needed the extra support. She's a very knowledgeable lady for sure.
Cassie was intent on making a statement but, you reined him in.:cat: WTG! This seems like a really good dose for him so far.
What a blessing it is to have a cat that responds to LC food when you need to bump him a little.:woot::smuggrin:

Thank you!! Yes I just keep learning more and more, and I think it's making a huge difference. She's not really bouncing anymore at all, I haven't had a pink (knock on wood..) for awhile! And she's been dropping perfectly low. Especially now that I know it's good to keep her in a certain range with food. She loves that, free meals throughout the day alongside her chicken treats! Probably not helping her lose much weight, but she's just very bulky. LOL, I think we're around 13.75 lbs last I weighed. I'll have to weigh again today and see!

I hope you have a great day too! I'm making homemade donuts today since it's my cheat day for sweets. yummm
 
I would have done HC too - don't want him lingering in the 40's, plus it's early enough in the cycle the insulin is still packing a punch.

Sometimes when Neko was low, I'd find her at the testing spot - or lying down in front of the fridge. :p
 
You're doing great Abby. Stay on top of him cause he's toying with you. He likes to nadir @ +6. HC would have been my thoughts too.

Aww they know! "hey test our blood so we can get food and feel better." So smart!! <3 Glad to know I did the right thing giving extra food. I'm not sure how fast it wears off either so I figured better be on the safe side! I'll hold off on more Karo unless we get back into the 30s, does that sound right?

thank you!! Cassie heard you say this was a good dose and was like, "NOPE!" LOL. I was just looking over the spreadsheet at how long we've been on 1.5 too..but I'm glad she's getting a reduction and not an increase! woohoo!
 
Bouncing time. :( Sorry for not updating her latest checkup, I suddenly got a horrible pain in the afternoon, I'm thinking it's another ovarian cyst. I had 4 removed last year and it looks like I might have another one. Fingers crossed it goes away by tomorrow and it's just a bad cramp.
