I was not trying to be a vet or anything but..looking over his spread sheet I noticed that when I was giving him one unit his numbers were lower...I gave him one unit today and did a +6 we got a 154!! that is the lowest we have been at yet.. a blue!! I am going to leave it at that for a week and see what we have.

Hey, that is awesome!!! Hopefully you are on to something! Maybe he was getting decent nadirs before, but is not a long duration kitty..?. I don't think you can do it without being able to test more consistently, but if he turns out to be like that, one thing that can help is to shoot a little more often than BID. Doesn't have to be TID/every 8 hours, but sometimes even shooting at +10 or +11, before their #s have risen up as high, can help them get more used to the blue #s and sometimes it helps extend the duration for them. It does need more testing though than BID, and if I recall your work schedule is complex so I'm guessing it may not be an option for you.

In any case, if he seems good nadirs on a regular basis, hopefully his PS will start coming down some on their own. Nice to see a pretty blue for him today!
