Bouncy Yesterday

Woohoo, Zener! Great bounce recovery! He hit the stinky pinkys last night but came back to blue this morning. Appy is good but he still got a little cypro to make sure. Breffis was eaten in the usual array of locations, including in bed with sleeping Anne. :lol: :lol: I've been to the the farmers market and on a short bike ride. Now I'm going to dig a little more in the yard, prepping next years garden. We got 0.5" of rain yesterday so the ground should be fairly soft.

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans, Jamie and Jupiter, Lyresa. Paws crossed for OTJ trials for Beast and Oliver. Happy Sunday, LL!

Thanks to everyone for stopping by Zener's condo today to cheer him on. With all your enthusiastic support he cleared the stinky pinkies in record time. Zener has had a good day with plenty of lap time with MamaLizBean, the master gardener. Tomorrow we "officially" go back to work but students don't return until next week when classes begin.

It's a very sad night at our house tonight. My last relative of my parents' generation, my paternal aunt Mary, passed away today following a sudden stroke. She was 89. She is being met at the rainbow bridge by the only cat who ever adopted her, Goldie. She wasn't a cat person, but she was converted. Goldie has been gone for many years, so I am comforted that Goldie will be waiting for her at the bridge. :cry:

Have fun at work tomorrow! ;-) I'm so impressed that you're already planning/planting next year's garden. I have a feeling that I would forget to think that far ahead! :lol: So sorry to hear about your Aunt Mary, but I'm glad to know that Goldie will be waiting for her. I love to hear of non-cat people being converted. My father is the same way. Actually, he's hated cats since the day I can remember, but my mom and sister just overheard him tell my sister's cat that he loves her. :lol: Sneaky how they work their way into our lives.
