Yesterday http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=77325 was a lovely long blue surf followed by the inevitable bounce.
8/17 Recap:
AMPS 129 +3.5 143 +5 140 +6.5 151 +9 177
PMPS 290 +2.5 404 +8 235
Today we seem to be working out the last of that bounce. I've told Neko she has two cycles to show me some green before we go up again. Today is sunny with a bit of a haze coming on after 8AM so a bit cooler, thank goodness. Neko wasn't sure what she wanted to do this morning (outside on the deck, no inside, no outside on the deck, no inside), but when I last let her out she tore off downstairs to the back yard. Something must have caught her attention. I haven't seen her do much running since Dx, so it was good to see her move that fast. Most of her running to date has involved quick runs to catch bugs.
Today is a lazy rest of day for the beans. We started with the early morning row, me in a double, DH in a single, for a long 15km paddle. No one on the water but our group and one water skier who decided of all the inlet he needed to follow us. But the row was lovely. DH has already started to regret feeling the need to be the first one to reach our destination. Two boats together is always a race, even when the coach says it isn't.
