Good morning!

Well, the girl didn't heed the threat last night, and showed up this morning with a 307 AMPS. You know what that means - dosecrease to 2.75U. I just did the whole test, feed, shoot thing, and am now waiting to give her the clavamox.

She seems to be a happy cat this morning. She slept on my bed for most of the night, was very ready for breakfast, and has used the box. She was not at all happy with me after the clavamox administration last night. She didn't want to come out from under the dining room table for a couple of hours, and had a grumpy look on her face. All very typical unhappy Emma behavior.

Anyway, I need to finish getting ready for work. Hope everyone has a good day and gets to see some green!

Too bad Emma didn't read the computer and see the threat. Good luck with the dosecrease.
And good luck with the pilling. Lots of love before and after the pill.

C'mon on down, Emma! They get so grumpy when we need to give them their meds...I guess I would too though.

Good luck with the dosecrease! I hope it lowers Emma's numbers. and the pills - ugh - not my fav thing - good luck - I hope she is easy to pill. :?

Just be sure to give food before you give the Clavamox--It can upset the stomach--Good to add fortiflora to her food possibly--
Why do they make cat meds in the taste of banana??? Hope both kick in & fix Emma all up! :mrgreen:

It has been a BUSY day. I'm glad to be home with just my furballs, sitting on the couch. Haven't had an opportunity to visit any condos today, but I'll try to get to some before I pass out.

So far Emma seems to be handling the clavamox ok. No vomiting last night or tonight (and hopefully not this morning). She does get something like fortiflora everyday - I give her Udo's Pet Essentials for Cats. I bought it one other time she was on clavamox and realized it keeps her from getting constipated, so she gets a teaspoon mixed in her food everyday now. Hopefully her numbers will come down in the next few days.
