Hello LL,
We're back from our super duper vacation! We had the best time visitng with friends at their cottages, camping on beautiful beaches and frolicking on the lush mountains of British Columbia! I even got to meet Wendy and Neko!!! It was awesome being able to put a face to a name and hearing all about their SRT adventures. We had a good cat chat with her husband Ron in their beautiful house in North Vancouver.
I have to say it's been a bit of a tough transition back as we're trying to adjust to getting up so early to give insulin and feed all of our furry monsters! Ella also had a rough one last night as she was pretty depressed to leave my parent's house. She was the queen of the castle at their place, totally papmpered, and when she walked through the door she knew she was now one of four
She was however, happy to find a bowl of dry food the pet sitter left out and by the time I investigated the odd crunching sounds from the kitchen she had already sunk her teeth in contraband!!!! She was proud of herself but I was pretty miffed!
Ella was mostly pink while I was gone, hittng a few yellows and mid blues. She's now on her 3rd cycle of a dosecrease to .75. Her appy is not that great but it might just be due to the transition as she was eating fairly well at my parent's home. She's going in for dental in a week and I'm hoping it will help sort out her painful gums. Glad to be back. Off to visit some condos!
