Good Friday Morning, Everyone, TGIF,

Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans. He ate all of his nighttime food (at some point, probably close to dawn) and wanted to stay in bed (cool and damp this morning). But we hauled him out of bed for his test, breakfast, and shot (all went well). Now he's napping in his little bed by the radiator, no doubt hoping that the heat will come on! (not yet, Rusty! You have a nice warm fur coat).

This evening my NYC cycling friend arrives on the bus, so I have to do food shopping, cleaning, cooking, etc. Edward is baking bread. Tomorrow is the bike ride and picnic lunch here, and Sunday is the the cook-out at the Adirondack Mt. Club's Adirondack Loj, in the High Peaks. It will be a busy weekend, but I'll try to check in with the board when I can. The weather report now is for good weather tomorrow and Sunday, but rain and thunderstorms today and tonight. I hope they don't linger into tomorrow!

Everyone enjoy the day. Sending healing vines and good thoughts to all kitties and beans who can use some.

Nice blue start for Rusty, especially with a pre-dawn snack. Silly guy and the radiator. It won't be long!

Rusty you and Mannie are the same this morning - what a nice shade of blue. He is headed down, how about you? You boys have a day planned at the lagoon?

You weekend end sounds so nice - enjoy the time with your friend, and I hope you guys have a great bike ride tomorrow. I bet that right now it smells heavenly in your house - nothing beats teh smell of fresh baking bread. YUM! Enjoy all - and hope your weather holds!!

Hi again,
Rusty is at the lagoon. Yay! He's having a good day despite the fact that he knows we are having company (because we were vacuuming!). He narrowly missed seeing the chipmunk this morning (Edward saw Chip Chip, but Rusty didn't!).

bbl, got to make up the guest room. The chili is made, the fruit salad is made, the bread is made (smells great), white wine in the 'fridge, red wine bottle stood upright. We are ready! Rusty is meowing for me to come downstairs (he, of course, only comes upstairs at nighttime).
