Max must have had a little food left from last night that he ate around 4 and then kept crying for more. That meant he would be higher this morning due to the bounce and he was so I think it will break at some point today. Last night he made the strange noises again but it went away fairly quickly.

Max, Max, Max. Are we going to have to come over there and smash your trampoline into itty bitty pieces? C'mon down, slowly, but come on down. You're making your mamabean impatient.

Hope he slides down gently but quickly (err, not too quickly) for you today.

I hope Max clears the bounce today. Hopefully you were able to take advantage and do something for yourself.

To answer your questions in Furball's condo yesterday, sometimes I can sleep good and sometimes I can't.

Well I got out of my house and went to my mom's which has become what I do on Saturdays and Sundays. She was difficult and it was not a fun afternoon.

When I got back Max was out and awake. I found a piece of cat litter and fur on the cat tree in the den that he hasn't been on in months. I wish I had a nanny cam to see if he really was on it. Mostly when I leave I find him in my bedroom where I left him every time. His active time, which isn't too active is from 4 or 5 a.m. to about 8 or 9 a.m. I've tried to get him to play with the feather on a stick but he will bat it for a few seconds but won't follow it.

I also found some fur that he coughed up in the bedroom. Maybe that will make him feel better. He ate well.

Hi Elise, sorry to see Max is bouncing, but it sounds like your mom needed you to be there, difficult as it may have been. She is lucky to have you so close by! I hope Max will feel better after that ucky hairball, then he can clear this bounce. PMPS looks promising anyway. I too, have wondered about getting one of those cams, but it would have been more effective in a house with an open concept, and that doesn't apply to our hosuse.

Hi Elise,

Glad you got out, but I'm sorry to read that your mom was being difficult when you were with her.

I'm sort of afraid to know what goes with the cats when we're not here, but I'm glad to read that you found evidence that Max might have been up on his stand today. Seeing some of those behaviors return (no matter how small), is real tangible evidence that our kitters are feeling better. Hopefully clearing out the furball will make Max feel better, too.

Since Eddie and Max seem to be playing by the same rules, watch for bounce clearing tonight! ;-) :shock:

The cam wouldn't work here either. I just wish I could be a fly in the wall sometimes. Often I leave and when I return Max hasn't budged. It would be nice to know that he did but probably make he sad if he hadn't. I know cats sleep a lot but he dues muchore than he should.

I'm very lucky my mom is close. I just wish there was a way to make her happy. Losing your independence is really difficult to deal with.

Diving again. I fed lc with a dash of hc at +2. Not enough hc. This will result in another bounce probably.

Not a brat, just frustrated. I don't blame you. :YMHUG: Settle down Max - no need to rush to the lagoon. Sliding is much easier on the system.

Thanks, Wendy. of course he's still diving. I just gave him a little 9% to hopefully end the downward trend for tonight.
 
Ahhh, Max! You are making your mamabean crazy! She could really use some sleep, so how about you hop up on your pretty green surfboard and cruise for a while? Please? :mrgreen:

Elise, so many of us are going through a "Crazy" phase with our FD kitties right now. There's got to be something in the atmosphere or the moon or something! I hope Max settles down for you and allows you to get some rest.

Sorry about your DM being difficult, but in years to come, when you look back on this time, you'll be glad you were there for her.
