Re: 8/17 Max Amps~104 +1~91+3.75~79 Question?
Hey, Sienne, thanks.
So, no food spike -- not necessarily an issue unless you've seen a pattern in the past that tells you it is, but a drop -- that's an issue across the board, right?
He was at 104 for AMPS, and 91 for +1. Those numbers are nearly the same. I ran out of milk trying to keep on top of Max's numbers and have some sort of life, take Emma to play with other kids, etc. He's been so steady lately, and I'm trying to be more balanced. When I stay home from some event and he cruises above 70 all day, I've lost a chance, but if he were to hypo, and I wasn't here, I'd be so upset. I know there are no hard and fast rules and things can change in a minute . . .
I thought I saw some food spikes recently: August 5th in the evening; August 9th in the morning; August 11th in the evening; August 12th in the morning; and August 13th in the evening. When it doesn't happen, I start to wonder -- is his pancreas stepping in to help out or is the insulin level/shed level too high, or both?
Looking forward to meeting you, too, Ann. How you can see that teeny, tiny pic I don't know. You must be 20! Better than nothing for now! Please PM me if you have a restaurant you would like to go to. I'm always interested in trying new places, but if you don't, I certainly have favorites that I know will be good for our guest!
