Well, we've gotten some yellow today, but not much. Lightning has been acting a little odd this afternoon....he's usually sleeping all day and today he was wide awake and just staring at me like he wanted something. Then he kept jumping up on things and trying to get in the trash. I figured he was hungry, maybe because I gave all his food by +4 and he didn't have anything at +6/+8 like I have been doing. So again, probably MY fault. But I had to take Thunder to the vet today and was just focused on him and all HIS problems this time. Which I am not happy about btw...but that's another cat story.
So Lightning has been acting hungry since like 4pm so i took a test at +11 and he's at 241 which isn't bad and then i gave him the crumbles that were in the bag of the prime bites chicken treats and not 5 minutes later he pukes it all up! I have no clue why? Then he came into the kitchen and looked at me as if to say "I'm even hungrier now, feed me!". I don't know what's wrong with him today? Luckily he didn't puke up any of his breakfast or anything so I'm hoping his PMPS isn't going to be much lower than the 241....but who knows with him today!!

poor Lightning, I hope the puking stops. Maybe he is worried about Thunder too, or maybe he just wanted to be sure he got his share of attention.

If I needed a laugh...today was the day...and this did it Libby! Thunder is the one that ALWAYS needs attention....literally, this cat "spoons" with me every night and rarely leaves my side when I'm home. I think his problems flared up because HE stopped getting attention and it was all turned to Lightning (who never even likes attention to begin with)! So its hilarious to think that Lightning missed me fawning/obsessing all over him for a few hours!! Oh man, that was a good one!!
But thank you as well, I hope the puking stops as well....hopefully it was just a fluke and he wanted a whole piece of a treat, not just the crumbles! Time to go get a new bag I suppose!

I hope Lightning is better - no more puking! Maybe he is just upset about Thunder. Mine always know when something is up - and then they worry that they're going next: car = vet and no way in their book. Hope all is well, and that Lightning can find some blues tonight.

206 PMPS tonight....almost blue and I'll take it!! Its pouring rain here and I just love it....There's also a lot of thunder too, no lightning that I've seen so far though. But I love it when Its like this...makes me love my kitties even more!! I know, I'm lame..... :roll:

no lame - i think it's kinda cool. Where are you located? I love storms like that - just love 'em. Curl up with a cat or two, a tasty beverage, maybe a book, and watch it all unfold. Nice stuff.

I'm in Chandler, AZ.....so not much rain here! But i think it's still technically Monsoon season, which is my FAVORITE time of year!!! I had the back door open listening to the rain, while testing Lightning, giving Thunder his meds, feeding, shooting, etc. Oh and making dinner at the same time! Multi-tasked like crazy this PM!
Lightning is already hungry again at +1 so gave him 1/4 can 5%....can't wait to do his +2 and see what tonight has in store!

Ok, +2 and blue!! I think he forgot about the yellow's since sitting at the backdoor and watching the rain come down! Gave 1/4 can MC 10% to see if we can steady this number out...didn't want to drop too much more which I was thinking the 5% might do....hope I'm right!!!! Come on Lightning!!! Looks like he's taking advantage of the next hour and using this for bath time. Should be all nice and clean for me at +3 or +4 ;-)

NICE!!! Way to go Lightning! If he's anything like Mannie the MC was a good choice. Nice and steady there Lightning, OK? I too would check at +3. Hope you are not up too late, and have lots of

+3 129 - Awesome!!! MC did the trick!! I'm glad I suffered (along with Lightning) as I tried out the 10% the other day to see what it would do. It led me to the perfect decision for tonight!! Sigh.....haven't been able to feel good about something in a while, so this was nice. Going to give another 1/4 can 10% and hopefully in another hour he's surfing!
