Good luck with the auto feeder, I only have a two compartment one. It's pretty quiet just makes a popping sound when it opens and Tray comes running.

Good luck with the feeder. If you're successful in getting Enana to use it, let me know how you did it! Granted I haven't tried in a while, but I had no luck with Trixie. She's such a food-hound that I thought for sure she would immediately make the connection between the sound of the feeder opening and food. She remained unimpressed, and prefers her feeders to be in human form....

Put the batteries correctly. I tested it last night and I thought it went well (guess it didnt)
I have the two compartment also, the only thing with it is that there is no way to control the time she shouldnt eat anymore. with the 5 meal you can :?

I remember reading somewhere that people had trouble with the instructions sticker on the lid - that it would cause the feeder to not rotate sometimes. I know when I was trying to use ours, sometimes it would only rotate part of the way, and I think that's because the sticker was curling away from the lid and getting in the way. I hope that makes sense!

the instructions sticker, check for loose corners, tape back with some sticky tape.
that happened to us.
also double check you set the feeder for AM or PM.
I see you tested it, and checked batteries, if everything checks out, give the company a call or email, I did that too and got a quick response.
dont give up on that feeder, but do check the sticker inside lid for loose corners.

I guess they were having problems with the stickers because mine does not have a sticker on the lid. The instructions came separate.

Remember that I said my meeting LAST Monday was boring??? Well, last Monday was DISNEY WORLD compared to today. My goodness! @-) @-) @-)

wow, we had suggested that to them when I emailed them, to put the instructions separate :lol:
try giving yourself some time in the mornings to set it up,
once you set the timer to the set hours, you shouldn't have to change it again unless you have to make feeding adjustments.
