PMBG 153 - Switched to 100%. Will be checking in two hours to see if he drops significantly, if that's the case I guess we do a curve ASAP?

I am underwhelmed he's that high, however, my fiancé said he's been finding things to munch on today so that's not helpful lol.

It's pretty safe to assume that there is very little of the Lantus depot working - if any at all. I don't think you need to worry about a hypo with no insulin given in 5 cycles.
Some cats run low - even in the 30s and 40s.

Not sure. My understanding of your previous post is since the Lantus depot is probably worn off, he will probably need like 0.25u?
Or should I wait til AM and test and if high give insulin?

Alright. I find it super weird he's only at 150s though. Is it possible he found a snack within the 2 hours before the test and raised his BG? He tends to find crumbs quite a bit even though I vacuumed again today lol.

Well, he dropped 45 BG naturally in 2.75 hours. I'm hoping tomorrow morning to see ~100 BG. Goodnight! Thanks
