Good morning or good day! I am back home. Bella did great during our vacation, her sitter said she was the easiest diabetic cat to test and shoot she knows, and she has 2 of her own. I filled 2 vacuum containers with the hair she lost while I was gone, but she did not lose any weight. She knows how to beg for snacks :cat:
83 this morning. Yesterday evening PMPS was 89, I tested her before going to bed at +1.30, she was at 99. I could not wait any longer, we had to be at the airport at 3:30 am France time after one hour of sleep, plus the 7-hour jet lag, my bed was calling me!
 
Welcome back! :-) Hope you had a good trip. No issues with daughter's US passport having expired?

At least she didn't put on any weight. Budge eats all the food when we are away and our neighbours seriously overfeed. She has put on 2lbs in the last 5-6 months. She was supposed to lose weight to help her arthritis! :banghead:
 
Well, she took half a pound. She used to take much more when we left, but this time I was very insistant on the amount of food she was to have every day. Our sitter gave her testing snacks of chicken baby food, and apparently she LOVED those.
The passport issue went well. We did an esta, and went to talk with an border security officer when we arrived. I have an appointment to do a new passport next week, this one will be good for 10 years and by then she will be 26, so hopefully it's the last time that happens for her!
 
Thank you Diane! They knew each other, but it was the first time we left her since she is diabetic. I am glad all went well, I was so worried!
