1st day of school...on your mark...get set...gooooo back to bed...please?! I-) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O)

WCR: All Ps in place. Shasta's appy was/is amazing this morning!!!! dancing_cat Could 1/2 tablet of Potassium supplement do all that for her? I started her K sup. last night and gave another 1/2 tablet this morning...after she ate all of her breffis?! Got some snuggles last night and kind of got them this morning as I was singing to my radio alarm...but I think that was more of a "stop singing and get your lazy bum up and feed me" snuggles!

Ok, today is already off to a mix start. On the one hand, we have a good kitty appy and the fact that I'm awake; on the other hand, I ran to 7-11 to grab doughnuts for breffis (don't judge!) and got to the check-out...realized I had left my wallet in the car; driving back to house to finish getting ready and write this condo...squirrel plays "chicken" with me. Let's hope it keeps going on the good side and not the squirrely side! :-D

I have said goodbye to my summer bladder and hello to my school bladder. Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!!!!! Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!

Morning Deborah ~O) ~O) ~O)

WOOT! Back to school! LOL on the donuts.... :-D

HOORAY on the appy! I remember when Mannie was on the potassium supplement, it had the opposite affect on his appy. I am so glad that it hasn't done that to Shasta. Keep it going Shasta!

oh no on the wallet....

enjoy your day - I hope all goes well. back to school! Enjoy.

It sounds like you had a crazy morning. I hope the rest of your day was calmer. That's good Shasta had such a good appy. I hope she surfed safely for you today.

Good evening Michelle, Melissa, Carla & Liz!

Shasta was a bit high at pmps tonight, but that was my fault. She kept dropping this morning, which looks great on paper, but when I have to leave and won't see her again until pm shot time....it freaks me out. So, anyways, I gave her way to much 5% and 7% when I left. It was in her automatic feeder, so she couldn't get to it after 12pm, but it just kept her up there. Oh well. Better safe than sorry...right?! Her appy was ok at dinner, but she enjoyed her snack of Chunky Chicken and she just inhaled her snack of Turkey & Giblets. She did poop tonight. Her poops are still horribly STINKY and a bit loose, but much better formed than last week. And why do I know this? Since the AB and the diarrhea, she hasn't been covering her poop.  I hope she gets over the smell soon and starts covering!

When I got home tonight, I had about 15 minutes before shot time, so I decided to stretch out on the couch...BAD IDEA! Shasta curled up next to me and I was almost unable to haul myself off the couch and test/shoot/feed her. So, I'm am headed to sleep now to try to keep up with tomorrow. p.s. I wrote the paragraph below before writing this one which is why I'm saying goodnight now!

OT: I survived day one, but barely!!! And not for the reasons you might think. :? It seems like all of my classes are going to be good this year...but it's only day one. The jury is still out on my beginning women's choir and beginning men's choir. In each class, I have a few talkative kids...talkative kids drive me nuts. 99% of the time, I can take care of the talking problem rather quick by moving where they sit, but I will do that on Monday. I have one guy that I'm hoping "shapes up" with a tiny bit of laziness combined with attitude. Hoping it was just first day nerves?! The parts that almost did me in where the temp in my classroom, teaching an extra class period (for a singer...NOT EASY ON THE VOICE!) and the lack of the 2nd planning period really cramps my "bladder" style! The school board has taken away more of our a/c this year to "save money". I was warm/sweaty/moist ALL day long...and I wasn't even really teaching...mostly just procedures, a few warm-ups, and a bit of singing. I understand everyone is trying to save money where they can...but honestly, don't they understand that the warmer they make it in the classrooms, the less productive the students AND teachers are?!?! Anyways, I'm excited about my intermediate & advance choirs and as long as my beginnings fix the talking, they'll be awesome!

I hope you all had a wonderful day. Sleep well and I'm hoping to have more time tomorrow night to make it around to condos. Good night.
