None tried have worked for my boy.

When he doesn't eat enough, I put him in my lap and force feed a/d.

How is she doing today?

Edit: some cats get the munchies from catnip

Still not eating great.using fortaflora. Seems to help looks like I will have to break down and get her a stimulant for her appy. Best one?
Favorite and why?
Many here like cyproheptadine because it can be dosed more often and doesn't cause strange side effects. Mirtazapine is often prescribed by vets but some cats show strange behaviours on it - yowling, agitation, anxiety, etc. ECID though. :)

She's on hemp she should have munchies. Lol she's ok. Sleepy and her bg is up a little. So thus sleeping. It sucks when they can't tell us.

Yes it does.

I have only used Mirtz (2x's recently) and only that many more when Gizmo was recovering from almost dying due to a severe panc attack and hospitalization for 6 days (about 18 months ago). He does have side effects but none that worry me. He is more vocal, purry, loving and maybe agitation (activity).

I recently got a prescription for cyproheptadine but have not yet given him any yet because he hasn't needed it.

Are you giving ondansetron to handle nausea? Some cats do better on it vs. Cerenia as they tackle different nausea receptors. Neko eventually got to the point she needed both. I have heard some not so good things about the recent formulations of Fortiflora. Maybe try a different and human probiotic?

The latest research, in last months ACVIM conference, shows that transdermal mirtazipine is absorbed more evenly and doesn't get the Meowzapine effects. And can be dosed every day.

Appy and feel better vines for Phoebe. :bighug:

@Wendy&Neko yes she gets both zofran and cerenia every day. I just started the fortaflora yesterday. It makes her eat. So we will see what happens. What were the reports about the fortaflora?

Does the pancrapowder plus the digestive enzymes bad to mix with the fortiflora? She won't eat the food with the digestive enzymes, so thought I would put fortiflora on it to entice her. @Wendy&Neko
