Today I skipped the amps, in my heart I feel like I have to let her ears heal.. however I switched from Neosporin pain relief ointment to the cream and immediately saw an improvement.

Skipping the PS test is kind of risky. I hope you don't feel the need to do it again. The ears will toughen up eventually. Are you alternating ears and spots where you poke? I've been told there aren't many nerve endings in the edges of the ears, so although it looks rough at first, it doesn't hurt them. Harvey's ears looked like Swiss cheese for a while, but then they started healing and never looked bad again. Cinco's ears were pretty tough and never looked bad. ECID, I guess.

Thanks for the reply yes I do switch ears and haven't had a problem until I started the Neosporin ointment instead of the cream. I've since went back to the cream and things are healing just great. Although this morning I couldn't get blood tried 3 times and went up stabbing myself in the finger LOL I'm keeping a close eye she's right here with me and I'll test her shortly
