AMPS 171, 6th cycle @f0.75u, 2/3 PP, 1/8 zantac, 1mg Ondansetron, 1/16t miralax, 1.3oz 10%
+1 1.35oz 10%, 7 drops kidney liquid

Zener is doing fine this morning. He's been on yard patrol, taken a little bath, eaten his 2nd breffis with gusto (CPC even!) and is now helping with his condo. Yesterday was weigh day and he's lost a couple of ounces so he gets more fuds! Tillie was the same as she's been for a few weeks. There was some excitement in the backyard last night as we heard Zener yowling and he was totally puffed up. Must have been another cat but we never saw it. He and Tillie came inside, which was just as well because a skunk came by next and Tillie hissed at it through the screen door.

OT: There was an article in the Flagstaff paper this morning about the drought in the midwest and they talked to a farmer from Tallula, IL (population 350, near my home town) who is hauling water for his cows. I hope it starting raining soon.

In LL news, punkin has been diagnosed with pancreatitis, which is distressing but also a relief that perhaps this explains his recent malaise, rather than that stoopid tumor. Paws crossed for Tucker and Karre's OTJ trials in their final days. There was a pj party last night for Leo and Fitzel. Jane was helping calm nerves and posted some humourous signage pictures in Karre's condo, mostly with an African perspective. Mannie's got a blue surf going this morning - woohoo! Gabby is also on the blue floor but I can't make any prediction about a surf. Could be anything.  Barbara posted an update. She's doing well but it's a tough, tough recovery. Critters have missed her terribly but they are starting to settle down. Mags left a nice LB prezzie this morning. CD made a tribute video to Mr. Beasley. You'll have to watch, there's nothing I can add.

nice blue start there Zener! Thanx for the updates on everyone ! it helps sometimes when you don't have time to visit every condo!!

Re: 8/12 Zener AMPS 171;+2 182

Hi Liz, I love hearing about Zener's morning routine with the yard patrol, bath, CPC and especially his helping with the condo! It sounds like Tillie shooed the skink away! Good watch kitty, Tillie! :-D
That's a great report and update on everyone and does really help as it's easy to miss things. You do it so well, too. Mags thanks you, too, for her honorable mention of a prezzie deposit. Have a nice day. We have the hot, humid weather today.

Re: 8/12 Zener AMPS 171;+2 182

WOO HOO! My morning is complete - I have read the LL Gazette.

You are looking good this morning Zener. And helping with your condo? Way to go dude. I know your bean appreciates your help. ;-)  Nice job too on the security last night. well done!

Adn I so hear you on the need for rain in the MidWest. Dire straights there.

Enjoy your day today - I hope it is a good one.

Z!!!! Check it out - I made GREEN! ~~M

Re: 8/12 Zener PMPS 215

Zener's numbers are looking a lot like Maggie's today. Zener, let's see you do better for the next two though. Thanks for the hilarious pic in my condo! :-D That couldn't have been more appropriate for the occasion.

Re: 8/12 Zener PMPS 215

Nice day for the Z man. Yard patrol can cause a guy to get hungry. It's hard work! Now, Zener, let's see if we can't get to the blue grotto or the green lagoon tonight.

Thanks for your thoughts on the Monojects vs. Terumos. I officially abandoned the Terumos today!

Have a good evening, all of you. Hey Liz, it's only August and you're getting ready for classes already! I still think in the framework of the "old" semester system: when classes began in late September and continued after Xmas vacation until the end of January. Things seemed more leisurely then. You didn't even have to think of term papers until after Christmas!

Re: 8/12 Zener PMPS 215

The big guy got a bit of a pokey break today. And we have a sunny yellow sunset after a weeble wobble blue day. I wonder what kind of evening the mighty Z will surprise us with tonight?

@Leslie and Jasper - no greener Zener today...yet. :?

@Pip - a nice blue start with a slow climb until a peak of yellow @ PMPS...hmmmm. We know the big boy loves to surprise us.

@Ann & Maggie - hooray for poo, we love poo, poo is us! Have poo will travel.   We love the Mags LB report! Last night was a little too exciting with an unknown cat visitor AND a skunk! ohmygod_smile It's the time of year when new people are moving into the neighborhood for the start of school, so always a few new cats roaming around.

@Michelle & Mannie - love it, the LL Gazette and Liz is the roving reporter. ;-) The mighty Z gave us all a break with a nice boring cycle today. Maybe he will follow in Mannie's paddy paw prints later and get to the lagoon!

@Ella - we have a sign in our backyard that says "Zener's Domain" and it really is. He LOVES his backyard and with a wooden fence all around and his cerebellar hypoplasia and inability to jump, it is very safe for him to be outside - except for intruders! Well, whatever syringe we choose, consistency is probably the best we can do! We hope you didn't buy many of the Terumos. We've tried several other types of syrings and seem to be able to work the monojets best, despite their often rotten quality. Getting the digital calipers that Marje recommended and sorting out how to work those, makes us much more confident with the monojets now. We still have to toss an occasional one because we can't get the bubble out at the top. But, it is much less stressful with the calipers! Yep, August marks the end of summer or the near end. You are so right, nothing leisurely about higher educ anymore. Classes begin 27 Aug, faculty go back 20 Aug - but not me, I'm on sabbatical this term! :-D

We plan to watch the closing of the Olympics tonight and relax, unless of course, Zener decides to get crazy! Hope everyone has a relaxing Sunday evening wherever you are in LL.

Re: 8/12 Zener PMPS 215

Well its great to hear the Z-man is feelin good and patrolling his yard. I wonder what he saw in his yard yesterday? Must have been another kitty or puppy to get him all puffed up.

It was unbelievable how dry everything was when we drove thru the states, every bridge that we crossed, creeks and rivers were all completely dry. Only when we got into Alberta/Saskatchewan did we start seeing green and water again. I hope some rains happen soon down there, it really needs it. How has it been in Flagstaff?

Have a great evening ladies and Zener.

Re: 8/12 Zener PMPS 215;+2 163

Pokey break? That must be nice! Mr Z going lazy? Surf into the green little man!
Enjoy your Sunday evening Liz!

Bummer, recording of the Olympics was a bust, something happened and the cable went out... Still, had good cuddle time on the floor with the mighty Z. :-D

@Tracy - we think it was a kitty on the other side of the fence. We heard cats fighting in same area the night before, new cats in the neighborhood this time of year, staking out their territory. All quiet tonight. Things were very dry in Flagstaff this spring and most of the national forests were closed. Our rains started up 4 July and are just about on normal schedule.

@Deborah & Shasta - drat, no closing ceremonies, our cable went out!

Helen - no greens in this cycle, but lower blues is nice too. Zener lazy? :o

Looks like a mostly blue cycle, so it's ni ni LL. I-)
