Yesterday had a great time at Lucky's OTJ party, with lots of surfing and over 24 hours under 200. So of course that means a bounce today. :roll:

Today when I got up for rowing, there was no signs of the cats. Normally they are all over me for their FD chicken snack. Both cats were enjoying themselves in the solarium and I had to open the door to the treat cupboard before they came barreling in the kitchen. When we came back from our row, again nobody greeted us, they were both in the solarium. But Neko was sporting evidence of what she'd been up to while we were gone. Every morning before we row we each have half an apple, enough to trick the tummy to thinking it's had food. DH takes the round produce tag off the apple and puts it beside the sink. This morning, Neko was sporting that tag on her chin, letting me know she was a gala apple. :lol: :lol:

I like the sticker on the chin cat! :lol: :lol: Can't you just imagine how long she had to work to get that thing off the side of the sink! :lol: :lol: :lol:
I hope rowing was fun this morning. Are you wearing lights yet, or is there still enough morning sun.

Galas are my favorites! I've never had a black and white one though. :lol: :lol: Pretty good cycle today, too. Hope rowing was fun.

My little gala cat had a decent day, with a late cycle touchdown in the grotto. I was painting deck railings outside the kitchen until PS, and I kept hearing these sad cries of a "starving" cat. I guess she knew she had an audience. :lol:

@Mary - It was too funny coming home to a black and white cat with a barcode on her. :lol: She must have been in the sink. :roll: It's almost time for lights for morning rowing. Coach said next week. :sad: It looked even darker this morning because there were clouds.

@Carla - First time I've seen a sticker on Neko. Can't imagine it smelled good. :-D I'm not sure yet if she's cleared the bounce.

@Melissa - She's definitely a silly kitty - gives me lots of laughs!

@Liz - Local galas are pretty tasty at least for hoomans. I have no idea how she got the sticker on her. Neko's cycle turned out OK. Rowing was a bit slow, newbie in the boat which always makes things a little tippy.

@Rhiannon - Now I'm going to start calling her a gala cat. Just wish I'd thought to pull out a camera. :lol:
