8/12 Kit AMPS 105, +1 113, +3 81, +5 89, PMPS 119, +2 126, +5 66, +6 79

I would not assume that the insulin lost efficacy. Every time I have thought that and changed the pen, I've found it's not the insulin, but the dose having gone stale and Bandit needing more insulin. I would stay with 1.25U. Maybe the dive from 143 to 69 on 8/8 triggered a bounce that took longer to clear (especially if the dose was not a good one). Today's AM was the 6th cycle from that cycle and some cats go high before they break a bounce. Maybe that's what she was doing today.

That's definitely a possibility. I did go ahead and give her 1 unit this morning (with the new pen) since her +9 last night was 116, and her AMPS was 105. My plan for the day is to keep an eye on her and see how it goes (and maybe get some naps in for?) Thanks for your advice! I greatly appreciate how much time y'all put in to help folks.
