feeding MC and AF MC and 5% set.

probably be super high numbers, but i cant see what he is doing...so really no choice.

he is fine. I was out trying to catch a mama and baby cat that was out at my aunt's old house. She got evicted and is elderly...she can't take care of them. they were strays. I tried to find the one that i knew but he is nowhere to be found. we were able to catch the kitten, but we have to go back and try n get mama cat tonight or in AM.
i couldn't just leave them there and had a vet appt. set up for the other cat. Got the kitten in instead. He is ok, but scared. he is well old enough to eat dry and wet food both.
I am in over my head. But im trying to get them spayed and vaxxed and then myneice said she will take them after that.
Been a long day
 
Ares is freaking out. we got the mama and her baby upstairs with door closed. Ares keeps hiding under bed where i cannot reach him. Hubby gave him shot. i was able to get him to eat some MC. i can't test him while he is hiding under there. he is freaking. i should have never tried to help.

Why is it so hard to do the right thing? this mama and baby need help. they need flea meds and vax and dewormer and spayed/neutered... I'm trying to do all of this, and it is taking ssooooo much money that is going right onto a credit card...i can barely afford ares and maggie.

im not even supposed to have more than 2 cats here (which i already have)
now hundreds are being dropped on these guys. and im still doing it, but WHY does it have to affect Ares? why is it so hard to do something good?
And why can't people all just chip in a lil bit and help these animals?!
If even 5 people out of my family would have taken on a cat...this would have been just fine to get all the strays and half in and outs at my Aunt's house. but the burden just falls on 1 person... ALWAYS!!

OK, done with rant.

Anyway, i will try my best to get a test from Ares. other than that, i have to keep feeding MC.

hubby is not happy at all either.
they are in the bathroom/laundry room where all his clothes are and where we both have to shower. uuuggg:banghead::banghead::banghead:
 
Ash you have such a good heart! You're right why can't people chip in to have these cats he seen by a vet, it's because they don't love animals like we do.
Isn't there like an animal shelter that will do everything for free?
I'm glad your neice will take them.
I hope your Aunt had a place to go to
I know how you feel about credit cards. I think I will have to file for bankruptcy soon.
Sorry your husband is upset about it.

Thank you Diane. It is nece to know that others feels the same. Every single shelter place is so full and they all have LISTS of cats to be taken in. I am going to ask a vet that does TNR here in my county if she will give me a voicher for the mama. kitten is too young to be neutered. he is estimated at about 13 weeks.
If i het the voucher, it will be 10 $ out of my pocket for her to be spayed!!! that would be awesome.
But as with the other things (flea worm vax)...i have to get that fone ASAP and my vet is able to accomodate quick appointments...whereas the low cost are 1 to 2 months out!!!

So for now. Im just doing it on credit...lol
Baby name is Kimbo (after Kimbo slice because he is super feisty)
Mama name is Nyomi...just cause i like it.
They look exactly alike! tabbys with really long noses...i think it makes them look regal.
