Hi Everyone,

Rusty didn't bounce too high from the fur shot last night. I hope he really gets back on track now (after 2 weeks of "disruption of routine"). The chickadees are scolding the little neighbor kitty (she thinks Rusty's yard is hers). Rusty is asleep in his cube.
Beans went to the farmers' market this morning (wonderful stuff at this time of year). I'm about to go out on my bike. Next week I'm leading a bike ride and I've hardly ridden this summer. Not good!!

Looks like Rusty had too many of Tobey's Cimmamum Cookies too last night! They were going fast! Time to head on back down now Rusty so slide safely back down and head on down to the lagoon!

I had a great time hostessing last night Rusty!! It was such an honor to be chosen too! The Celestial Chorus was so lovely and I know I saw several of our GA's when the veil was thin. The Blue Mannie group had the place really hopping with all their great tunes too!! Was a good night for everyone...and all the kitties made it home safely!!

I forgot to post the picture of my party dress last night! I thought it was purrfect for "hostessing"

Pretty good cycle for a fur shot recovery! The lagoon can't be far off.

I hope you had a good cycle today Ella, and it wasn't too hot.

Not too bad for a fur shot recovery. Actually a nice pretty blue day. I suspect the lagoon meister will be on duty soon. :cool:

Here's to a good ride today. Hope you enjoyed it. With decent temps too! We are warm, once again, almost 90 today.... :joyful:
 
Rusty had a good "rest day", hopefully refilling the shed and getting ready to come down to his "normal" numbers. If not, we'll be considering a dosecrease.
We had rain off and on for a lot of the day, but I was able to get out on my bike and do 10 miles without getting rained on. Edward had a long walk. He has a FitBit now and loves how it gets him out to maintain his exercise goals. I recently got an Apple Watch and it keeps me on my toes, too. These devices are simply amazing!!
