thanks, I needed these -- been quite a week, more effort expended than normal and I still have so much to do -- I think we have a big push broom around here somewhere and I am going to try to sweep all the excess dirt and loose stones, back over to the area they came from, then mark it off so DS doesn't mow there

sweep a lawn? well, at the moment it's short dry grass and weeds, dry moss -- sweeping could work, we'll see -- but I need to do that before the sun gets higher and it gets uncomfortable standing in its warmth

I should have a loose white cotton long sleeve shirt around here somewhere, lots of sunscreen too

down to the basement to find that stash of flower seeds left over from my last project -- DH thinks flowers and the "kwik grass" seed I bought, would make a nice spot in the yard, albeit temporary -- dampen the bare dirt, spread the seeds, pile the loose dry sod clumps over it to keep it damp overnight

Catcat is going to have to deal with my absence -- he can look out the front windows and watch -- he's smart enough to stay out of the direct sun -- dog will probably lie out in the shade of the fir trees on the side property line and watch from there

Catcat came back in, seemed to have regained his normal energy, maybe he was just hungry though I left half a can of Friskies out for him overnight -- will figure out when to retest him to see how he's doing on this dose increase -- hoping for blues, since green isn't that likely (yet) -- he hasn't been dropping much at all lately

thanks for the energy and the good thoughts --

A nice Zen start for Catcat this morning I guess! Glad he got back to normal already :)

I wish you a lot of fruitful productivity in your yardwork today :)

lawn raked, got most of the rocks and pebbles moved where I wanted, bigger "cobbles" still need to be collected and moved off
push broom worked even better than I expected -- except it uncovered some more rocks just below-ground, may need to move some dirt to cover them
got the stakes in, marking the new "garden spot" -- also put several solar lights next to those stakes, I still have some more solar lights to put out, used to use them while RV camping, to light steps and chairs outside, and mark where the canopy stakes and lines were, so friends wouldn't run into them in the dark

meanwhile Catcat appears to be sacked out for the morning, he went out early and I think he got hotter than he liked, he was sprawled completely on his back for awhile, +4 coming up soon so I'll see how "active" this cycle is ...

heading the right direction, +4 = 195 .. ah blue blue blue (even if just barely blue) -- nice after all that yellow

will check midcycle and late also, since he seems to get a decrease there -- I've now been informed that some cats get a second dip then -- blame Catcat's high metabolism, must be either targeting the depot, or tweaking his pancreas to get working :)

of COURSE my cat will be different, he's unique after all ... singing the ECID chorus
