Morning (or afternoon for some) LL!
Well i really feel like a horrible cat momma, i fell asleep on the couch after the test, shoot, feed this morning with Leo by my side and i really was not expecting him to fall below 50 and so didn't set my alarm to test him. It was only when he jumped up on the couch and yelled in my face that i realized it was 11:00 and Leo's +5. So i got up and tested and he was 43!!!
:shock: :shock: :shock: i immediately jumped up and opened a can of 15% FF for him. Leo of course was only too happy to get a 15% treat.
This morning i kind of suspected that something was wrong with the insulin, although i had no reason to, when i looked at it it was still clear, it's been less than 28 days and its been kept in the fridge the whole time, there were some bubbles in it when i came home from work last week but i got all of them out, plus Leo earned a few reductions from that pen. But something was telling me to try another pen, so i did, and Leo goes down to 43.......hmmmmmmm. I wonder what i should do with that pen, its at the 20 mark, so it is almost finished.
Other than that we finally have a break from the heat, it's cloudy and supposed to rain today. So gotta hit up the grocery store and petsmart for some human and kitty fuds and take it easy for Caturday!
