Checkers had a bad start to the night. He made a strange, growl/ scream, when I leaned slightly against his legs, to pet his head,in bed.
He continued to growl as I tried to assess what was wrong.
Gave bupe and kept explaining he would feel better in a little while. I hadn't noticed any sign of pain during the day.

He ate a good breffis interspersed with drinks at the fountain.

I'm going to try to nap a little.

Oh, poor Checks! How's he feeling today, pain-wise? I'm glad he had a good breffis...hopefully that means he's feeling OK today.

Nice blue for Checkers this morning. Hope he feels better soon, maybe he was just owly because you disturbed his beauty sleep??? or maybe he and Rupie overdid it last night!

Thank you, friends. I don't know why I even bother trying to get more sleep. Shouldn't have taken the to the recliner with me :lol:
I gave Checks some MC this morning, to keep him surfing. Uhhhhh, guess it worked well. :roll:
I have to go out anyway, so it's just as well. Gotta get goodies for grandkids tomorrow. Hope Checks stays away from the 4 yo.
She is gentle and loves her own cat and mine, but Checks can't be picked up without bracing his back end.

He is feeling well today, thank you. :smile:
