Yesterday
Morning! I had just writen a pretty long condo and the internet cut out on me....I hate when that happens!
I will try to redo it...big sigh.
Shadow has 4 Ps this morning and a bounce of sorts. "I am surpirsied that he is only in the yellows...." she whispered...
Anyhoo....he got an automatic dosecrease last night due to that +4=36 yesterday (fingers crossed that he will be able to hold it....but he only just had a dosecrease so I doubt it will stick....) Although he is surprising me a lot lately. His ears look better after getting the drops once a day since Tuesday.
Blood work came back with no big red flags. His BG from the lab was an amazing 196. It was at approx +8 and he had just had a total hissy fit so I am surprised at how low the reading was. His appetite was off yesterday and I had to give him syringes of HC gravy to get his numbers up yesterday morning. It is always pretty tense when he just stares at the food and doesn't eat. He hasn't done that in quite a while, even with all his dosecreases lately. So, yesterday it was like old times. Syringing my boy. So I am surpried that the bounce is only into the yellows so far.
Will call tomorrow to make a dental appt for the two of them. Had a nice chat with my new vet Friday evening and she gave the approval for the procedures. I thought about putting them off but then I didn't want to do that if my two are in any distress at all because of the condition of their teeth.
Been busy making cruise plans too....a lot to do and think about!!! Hotel reservations for before and after have finaly been made...a weight off my shoulders. There sure is a lot to research!
