Happy Sunday!!! Sending healing vines to all who need them today.....we're glad Java is back home and hope to see his numbers coming down once he restarts his insulin. (((Steph)))

Finally our baby girl is really starting to settle into her dose :-D She's been having a great morning.....purring, playing, rolling around in the sheets playing with Tobey. They had a short WWF smackdown but this time he was the smacker and she was the smackee. Principessa Gracie doesn't like it so much when the tables are turned :-D

I got the micropipettor from MJ...thank you my dear!!! So now I will start to experiment with it in anticipation of the Terumo syringes arriving so I can see if I can translate my dose from the Monojects to the Terumos without messing up the dose.

I'm trying to get some outdoor chores in before it rains....we are supposed to get huge thunderstorms today....we need it. I got so wrapped up in doing the youtube subq video yesterday that I lost track of the time and didn't get on the board untl later. Still working on the editing :oops: :oops: But I hope it will be a big help to FDMB members who need to give subqs for pancreatitis or other issues.

Mike will be home tonight and I'm hoping to get some rest.....his schedule lately has had him away alot more and me up at least two times every night. I'm pooped!!!

Hi Marje!

A subq video sounds wonderful. I wouldn't know how to do one and would love to have a video for reference iff I needed it! Though I hope never to need it, with so many of us with elderly diabetic cats, it's something we should know how to do.

It's good to see Gracie back in the numbers she belongs in! :-D That's the girl, Gracie!

Gracie knows Daddy is coming home and wants to show him her pretty greens. This is the way we like to see her.

I'll be interested to see how you like the Terumo syringes. I hope the conversion works.

Gracie sure did do a turnaround, and I'd say settled into the dose. Yes, I also hope the storms aren't too bad. Is this unusual for Tucson to get these storms? Hope you're enjoying the rest of the weekend, Marje.

Well I guess Gracie decided to welcome daddy home in her yellow dress so he could get some rest! Lil Stinka...I'm thinking the 55 last night has Mr liver in a flutter. Grscie..you do not need LTS!

I didn't get A chance to work on the video today but I will be sure and post it when it's done. I'm glad some of you think it will be a help.

Tamara....what a wonderful surprise and I laughed and laughed! You are so special to me! Thank you so much for the birthday wishes! I'm sure Mike will spoil me rottener tomorrow....have to add the "er" because he spoils me every day :-D

Haha Libby...not sure you want gracie teaching Hershey this lesson.....mama says she's settling in...she decides to be obstinate :-D
 
didn't realize you were doing the video - yay! hope i don't need it but if we do, it'll be good to have one. thank you in advance.

i'll be curious how things go with the terumos this time around. so far this box we're on has been 100% - and we're probably 1/2 through it. i don't know why it can't be this consistent all the time!

wouldn't you know she'd give mike the night off and keep you up all night? hahahaha, she's a conniving little squirt! but at least it means you get to sleep too. have a lovely rest-of-the-evening, marje! :YMHUG:
 
what a love run of greens for Gracie though! an early bday presie for mom perhaps?? maybe she'll repeat tomorrow!
