Nice! Spot hasn't had a amps this low since June 30th...maybe, just maybe he is thinking of packing his bags and heading back to his balcony and pool, but shhhhhhh, don't let him know his secret may be out!!
Spot seems to have learned something new when he wants to eat.....There is a set of wind chimes hanging on the curtain rod on the window closest to where he eats at. He has been going over there and "ringing" the chimes when he jumps up for his snack and dinner. Just what I need, lol...Guess he has finally learned that I am supposed to be at his beck and call, huh :lol: :lol: He is doing great this morning. He still has those little sleepey stoner eyes, but they are more open this morning. His appy is like....well, I may have to change his name to Hoover for a while because that's all he wants to do is eat. I guess missing one meal feels like missing a whole weeks worth of meals.
Spot would like to thank his friends for stopping by last night and giving him some cake and moral support. I was in bed so I missed the gathering, but I did hear some whispering and some teehee-ing going on out in the Living Room. When I woke up this morning, there was no sign of visiters, so they cleaned up after themselves. I wonder if they gave Civvie Ralph to much cake last night...I was woken up around 4 am with the sounds of him trying to vomit. I was able to get him off the bed and into the bathroom where he promptly projectile vomited all over the floor and door.
The heat wave continues for at least one more day. It is a killer here! I have people calling off left and right. I have a crew that is working on stripping and refinishing classroom floors at one of our school accounts...it's at least 100 degrees in that school. They have been instructed to take numerous breaks in front of a fan and drink plenty of ice water. Thank God for AC and pools!!! Will try to visit condos throughout the day...very busy here!
