Good Monday Morning, Everyone,

Rusty had a good night and this morning we had a good test, an ouchie shot, first sitting of breakfast, and at present, a nap in his little bed. Later, when Edward and I get back from the post office, Rusty will get his combing and some outside time (before the rain begins: we are expecting heavy rain this afternoon and tonight).

Wishing everyone a good start to the week. The Tour de France should be exciting to watch for the next few weeks.

WOOT! We have a mid blue start today. Good job Rusty, but I hope you are lagoon bound. It needs its meister! :-D You surf well today. You got your boots? your mama says rains are coming, and well if you go out, you may need those boots....

Bummer on the weather change. Hope the rains aren't too bad. We are due for 80 today, and sun, Though I now wonder, as I look outside and see this thick blanket of fog... :shock: :lol:

Have the best today. Enjoy the tour! I am, what I have seen of it anywyas. I so love his race, one of the best.

Nice start! Sorry about the ouchie though! Don't look to me for commiseration on rain, I'm always envious when I see it anywhere. Enjoy!

The Tour has been great in England. I love getting to see the firld art. There were some great ones yesterday. I wonderhow they died the sheep yellow?

Rusty has been hunting chipmunks for over an hour. It was hard trying to get him to come in. He was oblivious to the light rain. What a cat. I told him he had duties in the lagoon!

I agree with Ann that the field art for the Tour was fantastic. There was an interview with some the ladies who knitted all of the tiny cycling jerseys that were strung all along the streets of the towns in Yorkshire, but not with the farmer who colored his sheep yellow.

Well, Rusty, I see the supervision of the Lagoon is back in your capable paws. You surf safely, now, and watch all those frolicking kitties. I wish Cinco was one of them.

No sympathy about the rain from here, either. I wish you could send me some if it. I hate it when all the hills are so brown and dry. The entire state is just waiting to go up in flames. :cry:

Nice numbers for Rusty today. I'm glad he got to enjoy some outside time before the rain came.

You do get sympathy from me on the rains - didn't you just get good weather your way? The scenery is one of the best parts of Le Tour! It's great to see the Yorkshire Dales - the only time I've been through there is was dark and foggy.

The LagoonMeister is back on shore. His "ouchie" shot this morning was also slightly short and I think we are seeing the results of that. I think he got a good shot this evening. In any event, he's at Peyton's party, cookin' and supervising the food prep.

The chipmunks evaded him again!

Well, drat! The lagoon will be there tomorrow. And there is that party... :lol: Amazing crowds in England. I'm glad to watch it on TV. A friend of Anne's lives in Sheffield (1 mile from the course) and she went to watch. That would be ok.

It may have been a short visit, but a trip to the lagoon is a trip to the lagoon...nicely done Rusty! I have no doubt he'll be back to Miestering the Lagoon in no time. Have a great evening, Ella!

Oh Rusty, those chipmunks sassed you, didn't they?! Maybe tomorrow! Sorry to hear about the ouchy shot this morning. Shasta had one tonight...I poked, she zigged. :roll: Hope you all have a nice evening.
