This morning I went ahead and fed +1 and +1.5. I'm probably going to go back to not using the +1.5 unless she's over 150. She seems to have settled down. And she hit green, but I'd like her a bit lower.

The parentals arrive in a couple of hours, so I'll probably be finishing up final prep things, and not be around a whole lot today. I hope everyone has a good Sunday!
 
Thanks, @Mikanmama, @Staci & Ivy, and @Diane Tyler's Mom - I'm glad to see her continuing her trend.

She isn't super thrilled that there are interlopers. She hasn't really come out of the walk in closet off the third bedroom. She was out long enough for me to test and shoot, but would only eat on her suitcase throne. Which is fine. I just need to make sure she's getting enough water. Silly goose. She doesn't understand that the people just want to love her!

Interlopers, love it. These spoiled girls are so used to our fawning over them all day and night. The “extras” are not welcome.

Ivy recently gave my brother the cold shoulder when he visited and wanted to pet her. Nope. Not happening.

Kit has her usual "really only likes Alicia and mostly tolerates Eric", but then her quiet home is filled with lots of noisy talking and people who walk really loudly. By the end of the week, Eric and I are usually also team time for interlopers to go home lol

Another beautiful cycles. I'm really happy to see her steady numbers lately. She's doing so well.

I hope you all had wonderful time today and hopefully Kit learns to tolerate the "intruders"

I totally understand how Kit feels. We really have the exact same set up here. Ivy only lets me do the stuff. She likes her dad, lets him give the pets and kisses but he does no “treatments”.
She only climbs on me and gives purrs and kneads, for which I am eternally grateful:)
When my brother visited a few weeks ago, we were all ready for him to leave after 2 nights (he stayed 3). She growled when he tried to approach. “No sir, you’re a stranger, back away”.

I hope the loud folks lower their voices and walking. It makes for a long visit when we can feel our cat’s tensions ;)
