Well, the roller coaster is back. And we have many more data points for you humans to look at.

My human will not dose me if I am below 100. He thinks that this would be too risky. So when he got the 74 this morning at 7 AM, he fed me and waited until 9 AM to test me again. When he saw that 172, he dosed me but he has dropped the dosing from 6.5 units to 6 because it seems like 6.5 is too much and he would rather have slightly higher readings than risk a hypo situation

The 7 PM, which is the normal PMPS test, thus is the +10 number. And that again is too low for my human to feel comfortable dosing me, so he will wait until 9 PM and test again. Then if my blood sugar is at a level where he feels safe, he will give me another six unit dose.

Perhaps the informaiton on dealing with a low pre-shot would be helpful for you to read.

If you have any interest in attempting to get Bagheera into remission or tightly regulated, you will need to learn how to shoot progressively lower numbers. If you look at the subject lines on the Board, visited other condos, or read spreadsheets, you would notice that people shoot lower than 100 routinely.

My human has read the shooting at a low reading piece, but it's just not something he feels comfortable doing until my blood sugar levels stop doing this 100-200 point roller coaster. He is especially uncomfortable doing this when he will be away for a long time and cannot observe me.

One more ear stick from my human. He will go to bed soon, and he will sleep better seeing the small rise in my blood sugar from the previous test. I am at 136. He was worried that after the injection, my blood sugar would have gone down and then he would have been nervous. But fortunately, it is showing a slow rise. It may just be steady, since the difference is within the margin of error.

But he will take it.
