That's a nice long stretch of blues since last night. 
. The depot can take up to six cycles after that skip a few nights ago to get established. And it looks like the numbers are improving as the cycles count by.

well.
awoke to more vomiting this AM.. he’d been sick a little before. got up to test and saw…. i was shocked. was seeing if keeping food in stomach would help so been getting up too at night even more make sure he eats. hes also awake and stressed more at night.. i left his food nearby him where he was instead of the usual place thinking it’d be easier for him.. but looks like he was feeling sick and just went to his food place, tried pawing it looking, then was sick.. not sure if would’ve made a difference but damn…… meant to check sugar cause hes going into the 120s now (!) but more concerned he eat and see if kept down for shot.. understand insulin to still be given if having vomiting, but at these numbers a little nervous if not eating well.
been about an hour now.. still good. hes sleeping. <3..
do diabetic kitties, diabetics in general.. just have issues w nausea and vomiting?.. i notice on SS some kitties have vomiting.. and over the years we’ve had episodes of vomiting, but they always resolved.. maybe something going on then. can just having much more even, lower sugars also after months of hyperglycemia also cause episodes like this for a while? did being late this past week, then skipping, contribute to this?.. dont think it should’ve.. but do know its all connected. things just started this past week tho.. and did see hair again.. i made sure he ate too about an hour prior.. trying to make sure he eats. some days are fine, others theres small episodes lately.. he was great yesterday. he keeps it down a lot, then has had a few episodes of this.. but he should be able to be ok without food for some time if need be. how do i leave him alone if hes having vomiting and on insulin? i noticed too he doesnt eat sometimes if im not home..
honestly guys this has been hard.. im pretty sleep deprived because im waking up multiple times a night and because im bracing for things lately.. he has been waking me up for a long time now. it was improving this past week or two but now its back up again.. my cat is just sick. im worried now if he’ll feel sick when more than a few hours have also gone by.. he hasn’t been feeling good, of course not w high sugar and then the last few weeks idk… my cat is himself and not himself. his eyes are a bit cloudy.. he needs a number of things.. it all just piled up and a lot has been unexpected. do diabetic cats need to be controlled prior to dentals?.. i figure so.
and some doctors are so judgmental and mean.. so critical. like have u seen how things are for a lot of ppl? if couldve done this sooner, i obviously would have. also didnt know anything was wrong.. until it was.
im in between things rn and funds are really tight.. but seeing what i can do. not sure if just fd, his poor liver apparently, or something else…. trying to have a good vet can refer to, but taking what have rn.. trying to think where to take him.

"Critical, mean or judgmental Dr" --- The caretaker also needs care as we are under a tremendous deal of stress sometimes trying to help our kitties. And, if the doctor (or anyone) is compounding that stress when we reach out for help and support, remember they are often times unhappy about other things unrelated, and it may be time to either go to someone else. Or... just keep in mind that the response and / or remark may be indifferent.well.

I know Pumpkin and I can only speak for us, but at the end of the day I am not going to risk a shot if he's vomiting, based on his history. But, you know Pudge and how he reacts. So, based on that, simply follow your best instinct after considering all info and advice.
While you are working to take more action to help Pudge, try not to stress as much as possible. Even with humans, caretaking is a valid duty that comes with some stress. And, it is very noble too. So, remember to be good to yourself while you work things through with Pudge. And, don't forget to eat well and rest when able.
I am just coming from experience where several years ago, I was caring for a cat and realized I had forgotten to eat when I got quite dizzy. Long story short, I ate immediately and made sure to remember to do that. Mainly because a well cared for caretaker can take better care of a kitty that needs some help.
