Happy July 4th to those celebrating.
Gabby snuggled most of the night. She came right to the kitchen for breakfast and then had that look of, "What? The same stuff again?" She eventually ate, and ate well, but I think she's getting bored with her food. This is no easy issue. They don't care for fishy stuff. They don't like EVO 95% or Wellness, both of which are lower in protein and higher in fat than FF. In reading Dr. Lisa's recommendations, she suggests protein should be at least 45% and fat should be lower than the same amount. Gabby and Gizmo get primarily a raw diet but, like I said, Gabby looks bored. Oh, and she's not a big fan of freeze dried chicken treats. Fussy kitty!

I am grateful that mannie will eat anything - literally. and now that i've said that watch him prove me wrong...

Nice start for Gabby today - you rock girl!

I mix the Evo 95% with my raw mixture...sometimes adding Wellness and sometimes adding FF.(but I do want to try to stay away from those nasty by-products that are in most brands) Not so much to choose from if you are looking for quality foods...and yet, the shelves everywhere are well stocked. All garbage IMHO. Very discouraging. Especially when you know they should eat something and yet they walk away. :YMSIGH:

Moses loves those Greenies, not a fan of freeze dried... at all. It's strange how some kitties don't like treats, right?

:roll: CrAzY kitties! Freeze dried this, Raw there.. canned everywhere... nothing pleases them consistently!! I feel ya.. very picky Baby & Sadi here.. but always well worth it!! ;-)

What an obedient kitty. You say you're tired of yellow and she complies. Hope she doesn't go too much lower for you though and you can get some rest tonight.
