Btw, when was she diagnosed? She is almost a long term diabetic now (over a year since diagnosis). The rule for reduction for long term diabetics is a drop below 40 rather 50 on a human meter.

She was diagnosed in July of last year.....the 6th, I think....so no reduction then?

It was July 30th, so we're still good! Why does it change when they hit 1 year? It'll be nearly impossible to get a reduction!
