Dropping bgs are fast at pm (almost +5) this evening. Been dropping since pm +2.
Watching on Libre 3 sensor.
Ivy was high all day since we gave 1/2 dose of 1.25 units last night as she dropped fast at pmps.
Tonight she’s dropping fast, we are almost at mid cycle now.
I have given hourly 1-2 tsp small snacks of her regular 12% lamb recipe homemade diet.
She he’s not really carb sensitive with her regular food.
I will try a tsp of FF gravy lovers Turkey 13% next to see if that helps bump her a little more. She’s at 135 on Libre now at +4.75.
Update: +6 dropped to 82 on Libre but by time I tested she jumped to 96 on Libre, cross checked with Contour meter at 159.
Could her dose be too high since she’s dropping every other cycle? (Current dose is 2.5 Lantus). She’s had a few reductions in the past few weeks, one just 4 days ago.
