12 days on same dose and starting to see more blues. Thinking we need to increase. That being said, he has a dental appt on Thursday and am concerned to increase now.

I'd feel more comfortable staying on same dose until after appt. Don't know what to do:(

Appreciate any advise!

Hi Lori, I think you want to increase him tomorrow but see what the others say.

His dental is scheduled for Thursday? What time? Have they given you any instructions on fasting and insulin shot that morning etc?
 
Instructions: they're supposed to call tomorrow to go over.

No food after midnight
Drop off before 8:30am
Bring insulin - assuming they will give at dosage time.

Herman is at dental today, and was seeing more blues the last couple days so I know how you are feeling. So hard to know the right thing. I was concerned about him going low overnight while fasting and skinnied the dose again, which I don’t think was necessarily the right thing to do, but I get very anxious. After today, I’m hoping to get back on track and be more aggressive with the dose and get Herm back into Green’s full-time.

Thanks for sharing Amy. Yeah, my biggest concern is increasing then having to fast. After PMPS of 115, he went down to 96 @+2 and 83 this morning's AMPS. I think he knows dental is in a couple of days and he's playing with me. I'll see what he does today.
