7/30 Pearl AMPS 142, +6 295, PMPS 226

Im feeling super discouraged. Things were starting to look better yesterday and now this +6 of 295? Her food has 1% carbs by dm, so it shouldn't have spiked like that.
Any input? I thought she was becoming more predictable.

Your doing a great job, that’s what cats are “unpredictable” bella and I have been on this roller coaster for over a yr, his numbers are way better as well as Pearls will be, they aren’t bad, only 1 red and no blacks, around here they say put on your patient pants, it takes a lot of patients
It probably a bounce from the blue numbers the 295

its been over 4 cycles since increase with no greens, you can increase to 1.25 but I would do it in the am if u don’t see a green tonight, are u home during the day to monitor? Or give the 1u a cpl more days, she was real close to a green 101

Yeah, I'm perplexed a bit as her PMPS was down to 226... That seems like a big drop from her +6 when things should be moving in the opposite direction at that time.
I'm guess Im just going to try that thing called patience I suppose.
I am home Thursday - Sunday to monitor, so I will give it a couple days more at 1u, if no greens by Wednesday night I'll increase to 1.25u Thursday am like you recommended. I was planning on doing a curve that day as well because she has a vet recheck on Friday.
I'm going to have to get more precise syringes as my pharmacy only had those broken down by the half unit. Thank you for your help!

Bella does the same thing sometimes, now that, I’m not sure what causes that, he will be higher like at +9 then pmps will be lower, maybe someone could tell us both
