(Libre was defunct!)

Welllll that was a long night. Little girl had a PJ party in low numbers on the Libre. So I spent the night on the couch monitoring and giving her snacks to keep her coasting.
And as per usual, this morning at 5:30 am the Libre gave up and quit after hours in LO range

She was 111 on a handheld meter, so I gave a full dose as she was safe to shoot. But she's low again now at +6 and the new Libre is not reading again.
Arrrg.

She did have a better looking poop early this morning, so I am praying she's turning the second corner and hoping her bowels are healing from this nasty round of p-titits.
She ate well last night and this am for her meals. Big win there (I am sure it's the Mirataz working).

I am about to give another full dose or Mirataz. Once I see her poops back to normal and know she will eat on her own, I would love to lower, then ditch that med.
Still giving Ondansetron (3x daily) Cerenia and now Colon Rescue (2x daily) again. Keeping S Boulardii going until poops resume consistent normalcy

Thank you on the garden, a never ending project, Ivy does enjoy the birds back there

The sensor likes to shut down or stop working when she lingers in nice low BG numbers (safe on a handheld) but the sensor thinks it's a malfunction.

And we got the "6 hour" delay error
It will hopefully resume working around 7 pm this evening
So that means another ear poke before dinner and insulin tonight. She will not be pleased with me.

lol, mesh gloves. A very wise idea.
She’s actually been pretty tolerant with all the fussing the last 2 weeks.
I feel so bad every time I have to do something else to her.
It’s been a lot lately

Those things seem to malfunction a lot. Youd think they make them better since they are used for people.

They do in certain situations. I’ve figured out many of the patterns and they suck when I hit these numbers and circumstances
