Please be thinking about and praying for Claudia and Rocket. They need all our thoughts and prayers today.
Simon's AMPS is coming down slightly every day so that is a good sign. Last night, he even was 83 before bed! Everything is normal with him although I did discover that he had left me a nice gift of poop yesterday after the vet visit. I only found it a few hours later because he did it on the carpet that kind of masks the poo becasue it has a pattern. Typical cat! I guess he wanted to let me know what he thought of the vet visit!
I am going to investigate the cyclosporine for Simon's ears. I know a few of you have used it with success so I am leaning toward that rather than the covenia to clear up his ear allergy. Can I buy it online or do I have to get it at the vet? I know it is fairly expensive.
I am also going to try either the cosaquin or dasaquin for his arthritis rather than the injection of adequan. Simon is walking more on the back of his legs than the top of his foot. The vet said that is a sign of some arthritis going on. I am a terrible bean because I just thought it was the normal way Simon walked and thought it was kind of cute. How unobservant I am!
