Hey all...been absent for a few days. Nothing has much changed with Merlin plus have been working long hours so just have been too dang tired to post. He started to sneeze again yesterday and is really stuffed up today. Just can't seem to get rid of this sinus problem. I have been giving him 1u and am waiting for him to break this cycle and go back to the old Merlin. I probably won't be able to post much for a few more days and since am not home much, am not planning to go any higher with his dose until I can have time with him.

L-lysine, powdered, 500 mg daily, sprinkled over food, may help if it is recurrent feline herpes virus. Maybe check with your vet.

Thanks BJ for suggesting Lysine. I forgot about Lysine. I have some and I was giving it to him last fall. I will try it again.

I was already to get a very high PMPS number tonight. Well we will see...he sure seems almost flat this past week and I was ready to give him 1.2u tonight but changed back to 1u when we got the 319. I will start giving him Lysine tonight to see if that helps. Thanks again BJ.

Hey Merlin get that Lysine in you it did help Trey we have the syrup kind works really well costly thought about 40.00 for the can but seems to last a long time. Tons of healing green light coming your way for a much better feeling day. :YMSIGH: Hugs Kath
