Good morning -

Well, she's back up in the yellows with an AMPS of 245. Looks like she was a little hungrier than she has been as she ate almost everything I left for her. Based on the little bit of chicken she ate before her shot, it looks like she was eating past the +10 mark...I need to adjust how much I leave out for her. We'll see how she does with what I put down this morning. I'll try to get home at lunch to check.

Hope everyone has a great day and that all the kitties do some surfing! It's going to be another hot one here in Boston! I'm looking forward to the weekend weather - it's supposed to be much less humid and in the upper 70's...perfect!

Not too bad of a start this morning for Emma.

I just saw your post in my condo....we are in Harwichport for 2 weeks. Where do your parent's live?
I also noticed you live in Boston....do you live right in Boston or outside the city?

Come on down to some blues, Emma...

It's always a mystery to me as to how to determine how much food to leave out for Kasha... especially with Blue eating it too. Some days every bit is gone, others - more than half is left... huh? I've asked them to be more consistent but for some reason they just ignore me...

My DH takes the food plates away about 1 1/2 hrs before their breakfast--They will leave some food on there specificly to eat early in the am, sometimes if he leaves it, she will get a higher reading--So try to take plates up for a true amps reading! I also give chicken for treat for testing her. Real chicken has no carbs, so doesnt hurt.
OK-You got nice yellow number today, could prove to be a great day later!!
My DSIL is headed for Boston today!--Love that great Bridge!!! Have a good Fursday!

That's a nice AMPS for Emma, not too high, not too low. I never know when Stu eats the food in the automat. Sometimes he eats it all, sometimes not. Sometimes he runs to it if there is food left in it just as I am about to do the AMPS test! But I refuse to get up 2 hours early just to take up the automat food dish!!!!! There are limits!!

Nice start for Emma! Great amps - I see blue on the horizon.

We are cooler her this morning too - with fog, which is just odd. Mannie gets his last food at about +8/9 at night. I have yet to program the auto feeder for anything past that - not too sure he would get out of his bed to eat it anyways. I'd love to just leave food for him - but HAHA: the civvies no doubt would eat it before ever did. Little oinkers that they are!

Well, she definitely made it into the blues today....I wonder if there was some green earlier! She's 141 @ +7 and has eaten about 2-3 oz of her wellness chicken. She seems to be feeling pretty good; she's perky and was purring while I tested her, so I guess she's had a good day so far!

And now I'm home, and she's 267 at +10. She ate just about all of what I left for her, and I've picked it up. We'll see what the evening brings! I may actually venture out, even though it's a weeknight, to have dinner with a friend. I need to get back to having at least a little bit of a social life!
