Another difficult eating day. We have an appointment scheduled for Friday to reassess and see what else we can try to make things more manageable. Besides the finickyness, he was in a good mood today calling out to Flare and watching him run around. It's just as if there is a cap to the meal size that he can handle at once.
As much as I love him and would be devastated without him, I sometimes feel really frustrated with how much energy goes into taking care of him and how much easier things could be. I feel guilty for thinking that way but I guess that is a common caregiver experience. I just need to work on accepting that I can't control the outcomes, the lower eating days or higher number days aren't a personal failure, and just enjoy our moments together.

In positive news, I have only 2 weeks until my last class and I will be done with school forever. It's been a longgg 2 years.
