I don't know what happened last night or why her numbers went so high, but suffice it to say, it's not a good morning in my house.

She ate approx 1 1/3 Tbsp FF and I didn't bother even trying to get her to eat more because I'm so disheartened. And... just to make me really bitter and angry to start the day, after her shot I smelled Lantus on her. So, it's a possible fur shot. Awesome. I don't know how that could be, since I have a new system of feeling around her fur while I have the needle in to make sure I don't poke it thru, but somehow some Lantus got on her fur.

Last night, Blue vomited up all his dinner as I was about to head out for a walk... The kind of vomit it takes a while to clean out of carpet. He lay around for a while and then ate some more. Then around +8, I woke up to Kasha vomiting. I realized all the food was gone and she must have just been vomiting bile, cuz her stomach was empty. So, I gave her a snack, after I changed her bedding... But her numbers were already high, and I'm not sure why... or why they stayed there.

She ran away from me this AM when she saw the syringe... I don't know why.

Just be grateful none of you have to work with me today. If I could, I should probably call off and go into the woods where I don't have to be around anyone, cuz I am not going to be a pleasant person. Luckily for everyone I work with, I have to be at work today because they think I have something important to finish.

My kitties were both sick the past couple days too, but are better now. I hope the smell was just the little left on the syringe when you shot. That's usually the case.

Why are you all being nice to me? Don't make me smile - I want to be MAD, darn you! ;)

Anyway... things are turning around just a tiny bit as I leave for work. Kasha dropped down to 108 (I checked twice) by +1.2... Kind of an interesting drop in an hour. She hasn't done any diving for a while. But there's lots of food out. And Blue finally decided to eat some breakfast (he barely touched breakfast #1).

It's going to be hot today, so I had to put the A/C on... I hate doing it, because it seems to make Kasha's symptoms worse, but it can't be helped. Hoping her A/B helps.

Hi Krys,
It must be something in the air, as Maggie vomited yesterday, and she rarely vomits. I think she ate too fast and too much. Well, Kasha's +2 is a good bg, so I think your day will get better. Your job sounds stressful. Hang in there. Maggie says "hi" to Blue and Kasha, too!

Glad to see that Kasha has turned herself around and now you got a lower blue.

Hope Kasha and Blue's tummys feel better. I know about that kind of vomit....sometimes mine do a scarf and barf right after eating and then upchuck on the carpet. Have to pull out the carpet cleaner for those ones. Anyway, I hope your day goes better!!!

lots of vomiting and hairball kitties lately, must be the moon or something.

Oh I've had plenty of crappy days, I just warn my co workers to avoid me and if they don't then it's their fault when I bite their heads off. Go ahead and be pissy, sometimes its all you can do.
 
Well, I didn't bite anyone's head off, but I definitely thought about it...

I have no idea what my little girl is doing... 85? I checked twice. I cannot figure her out lately.

She ate about 1 3/4 Tbsp FF dinner w/chicken dust.
