Wow. Increased from .75 to 1 yesterday and today he's really dropped. He ate a snack of his dry food at 11 PM last night and a breakfast of Dr Elsey's at 8 AM today. He had access to wet food overnight, but I don't know if he ate any.

We are having trouble finding that happy medium.

I have this problem with Bandit. Either the insulin is not enough and she's in pinks & yellows and the occasional high blue or it seems like it is too much and she goes really low. Like Philly, she also dives at onset. See if this post by Sienne helps.

Bandit and Philly are very similar. Pre-loading the cycle with food is a good idea. Through the day we feed him snacks every three hours or so. At night we either leave a small amount of Young Again or some wet food out and take it up at 6 AM since his shot time is 8 AM, but I don't know when or how much he eats unless I get up at 3 AM to test and watch him eat a snack.

Our reduction point is under 60 but we plan to make it two occasions of under 60 rather than one since he has so many pinks still at .75.

For now I gave him some LC dry. He stayed constant at +3 and +3.5 (65 and 64).
