A bit of a flat morning, but a lower flat than last night's flat cycle. Maybe we'll see more action tonight. I'm mostly okay with her not moving too fast into lower numbers - maybe there will be less bounce? I still want to see greens, but I also am trying to avoid huge drops if possible (as if I have any control, as she likes to prove).

Nice steady numbers. I agree, it's better to have it this way than rushing down too quickly.

Yeesh. Kit tells me she's old and gets to do what she wants. I honestly don't think she knows it's hot? We have our apartment set to 72, and it rarely has to kick on and is running really well, and she stays mostly in a dark closet that stays relatively cool. I wish it were something like the heat that I could easily fix. And weirdly, this summer has been cooler overall than last summer. Definitely more rain.
I hope Ivy comes down to better numbers soon.

54 is a drop from 370 the day before, I guess. (That's me attempting a joke).

As to how many cycles - the last one took 5 cycles. I also wonder if sometimes I ask early because I want to see more action, and I'm taking advantage of them being somewhat likely to do the thing when we dare to mention something. Is that cheating? Either way, she dropped from 300 to 206 in an hour and a half, so that's fun.
