Champ was workin' it yesterday!!! He surprised me with a 35 at +2, but I was able to get him into the 60's with a little 13% and he surfed all day!! That was only his third cycle after I shaved his dose so I only shaved it again and he is now on a skinny 2.5u. Neither my DD nor I went to bed last night. She was packing to go on her trip to see her grandparents and I was working so I would have time to take her to the airport!! I have soooo much work to do today so I know I'll probably be visiting condos in a hit or miss fashion today. I'm seriously hoping Champ will have a nice steady, safe day so I don't have to stop too often to test. I just want to get this work done so I can rest and, hopefully, get to bed early (you hear that Champ?!!! I want to go to bed early tonight). I've come to depend on my DD to test overnight for me so I will really miss her for this next week and a half!!!

I hope everyone is having a great start to their Tuesday!!!!

ETA: I almost forgot. I wanted to mention that if anyone is on Facebook and would like to add me, that would be awesome. Look for Patty Plecenik and make sure you let me know what name you go by here on FDMB so I know you're not just some weird stalker!! :lol: :lol:

Hope Champ doesn't need a lot of attention today. Sometimes our lives don't quite jive with our kitties' lives. Something tells me that DD will be even more appreciated when she returns from this trip. Maybe I'll stroll over and help you :lol: Have a good day/evening.

hope champ flattens out and stays flat for ya so you can work and sleep and even get to go to the bathroom once in a while. for a special occasion, that is. :lol:

Champ is just humming along! I bet you will miss your DD. Hopefully she has a blast and will come back to you in no time.

Champ just got a treat of a spoonful of 13%, just to make sure he doesn't keep traveling downward. He's been known to be a later nadir-er (is that a word?) at times, so this is just insurance.

I just got up from an hour and a half nap. I feel like I can CONQUER THE WORLD!!! Nap + sugar free 24 oz Rockstar energy drink = POWERFUL (in a completely artificial way, of course!!) :lol: :lol:

Hi Patty, does that Rockstar Energy drink work better than the caffeine jolt? I should try it. Champ is looking good today. I hope you get all your work done today and a nappus, too. I'm not a stalker as I'm not yet on FB. :lol:

Just got a call from the DD that she's safely with her grandparents in Texas!!! She drives me crazy when she's here, but I think I'm really gonna miss her now that she's gone!

Hi Patty!

Junior and I are at McCarran right now on our layover. We have another 1-1/2 hours to go before our flight back home to Chicago. The strip is only minutes away but Junior won't let me go. He reminded me of the last time I played craps. Let's just say it was not a good night. :lol:

Anyway, just wanted to wave hello! Champ is doing terrific! I'll look for you on Facebook.

sorry I missed everything today... Champ had a great day - lots of good numbers.

I am glad your DD made it safely to TX. I know-- we do miss them when they re gone, even if they do drive us crazy.
