My sheets are NOT up to date. I want to try to get some of the vet numbers in there if possible, maybe Sunday afternoon when I get home from work. I cannot afford to give anymore shifts away with these bills comming (about $4500 in total).

He is eating some, but last night I was really concerned. Maybe he's in pain and the shot he got on Monday has probably worn off.

my questions for the vet today are:
pain meds? If he has accute pancreatitis,shouldn't he have something?
new food? As I mentioned in my last thread, maybe he needs something less fatty, but still within the guidlines? maybe you guys can help with that...see post #22

sub-q fluids? How will I know if he's properly hydrated? is this like giving a B12 shot? I can do that...

I do want to mention that his BG are coming down. He was over 300 (but under 350) all day Wednesday. he was just under 300 yesterday. Each day they are coming down. When I do get his sheets updated, they will be marked with the fact that the hospital and vet were using R in a combo drip of some kind, so his BGs were under 300, but he was getting his insulin differently than 12/12.

I have also scanned his paperwork and plan to put it in my google drive.

are you giving pepcid at all? This helps with the nausea that the upset tummy can bring and will help the cat to eat when they get an appy stimulant.
