hi everyone,
havent posted cause I really dont know..
he was doing so well with the numbers and the last week he just seems to have flat numbers
Here we go again, I guess we lost the momentum...
we are back up to 3.1 so we shall see what happens

I feel your pain...I just don't know about Thumper either & it's getting the best of me.

I know we are doing the best we can...sometimes it is just exhauting
tomorrow will be better (i hope)
 
I don't have anything to offer except support. Shakes has had some great cycles, hopefully they will return.

OK, now that I've gotten over thinking I'm looking at Asher's SS :lol: it looks to me like Shakes needs a hair more insulin. Tough b/c when you've gone to 3.2 before you've gotten some unshootable PSs, but I don't think the 3.1 is landing him in enough good numbers to be doing the trick. I would probably try 3.2, and then if you get a PS that is blue (over 150), go back to 3.1.

I'm not sure what to do with the 36 :shock: he got that one day, but currently the dose doesn't look to be enough. The 36 was a cycle following a few days at 3.25, so that may have been a momentum thing, just a little too much momentum coming off that higher dose. So maybe try a 3.2 on the skinny side, lol?

One thing to remember is that when you did get that low, you had 3 cycles in a row with green nadirs, so at least there was some warning in the sense that it wasn't just a random low number. Of course it's tricky b/c if you get greens again you don't want to overreduce, but hopefully if you do see them at least you'll have some room to maneuver, so that's why 3.2 doesn't seem too risky to me right now, especially given the currrent numbers. If it makes you nervous, I would try to go just on the skinny side, but still more than 3.1.
