Well, this is the first time Cleo's BG has gone DOWN from a late check in the AM cycle into the PMPS. She was still up at 187 though, so I went ahead and gave her 1.25U. Will be checking her again several times tonight to make sure she doesn't dip too low.

hi kathy! just saw your post had gotten lost at the bottom of the pile - and wanted to make sure you have your extra eyes on cleo tonight.

with a pmps of 187 and a +2 of 107, she is headed for action this evening. you'll want to monitor her carefully cuz she's very likely headed for greens.

have you seen the sticky at the top of this page with information on how to handle low numbers? that post is your best friend - especially if no one is online to walk you through low numbers.

if you see a number less than 50, pop open a can of high carb food, squeeze out a teaspoon of the gravy to give Cleo, then check that sticky for directions and/or post here to ask for help.

I just did the +4 and she's at 90, so in the greens, but high greens at least. She tends to go up after +4, so probably that will hold true tonight (crossing my fingers). Having my husband check her before bed. If she's dropping instead of going up we'll stay up with her and make sure she doesn't go too low.

Sorry for the long gap in reply - I went to bed and my husband checked Cleo an hour after the 90 - she was back up to 104. We figured she was going to follow the trend of most of the evening cycles with the early dip and then climbing back up.
