Tested Tobi's blood at 10 a.m. - reading of 39.6 - fed carbs - checked again at 11 a.m. - reading 45.0 - fed more carbs. Tobi is not showing any signs of difficulty. Will continue checking levels throughout the day and no insulin will be given.
